Nonfig is looking for someone with Social Media or Community Building background (or deep interest) and would be responsible to keep Lead Engagement and Brand Awareness on a decent level.
- Managing Social Media Strategy: focusing on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, Reddit and all the relevant platforms.
- Execution of all social media activities (sharing, engaging, tweeting, liking, increasing social reach).
- Events and event planning – attending industry events and planning meetups for the community.
- Public relations – managing media requests and building relationships with industry journalists; creating, executing, and measuring media campaign.
- Customer relations – the Community Specialist is responsible for customer support on social media channels and managing online feedback forums such as Feefo.
- Communicating in a professional voice.
- Spending hours on social media platforms every day engaging with customers by sharing content, replying to queries, and improving engagement.
- Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
- Brand advocacy.
- Community outreach.
- Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
- Involve in other businesses i.e Finance, Offline Marketing, Sales, and Brand management as needed.
